WEDGE Method LLC (“WEDGE Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates thewedgemethodai.com and sells printable and digital products through Etsy, Gumroad, and Amazon KDP. Physical goods, when offered, are sold on the WedgeAtelier Etsy shop, sold by WEDGE Method LLC, and printed and shipped by our production partner Printify, which receives the name and shipping address needed to fulfil your order. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or download a free product; and any messages you send us.
- Purchase information: when you buy a product, our payment and storefront partners (Etsy, Gumroad, Stripe, and Amazon) collect and process your order and billing details. We receive order confirmations and your email, but we do not store your full payment-card information.
- Usage data: we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website statistics, including pages viewed, referring sites, browser and device type, and approximate location. On selected pages, we also count clicks to our Intricate Patterns Etsy listing; these records contain the listing number and source page path. On our Pip book page, we count clicks to its Amazon editions; those records contain only the book identifier (ASIN) and format, Kindle or paperback. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses reported by this integration and do not add names, email addresses, form contents, or customer identifiers to these events.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the digital products and downloads you request.
- To send you product updates, free resources, and marketing emails you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email).
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To operate, analyze, and improve our website and product offerings.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including: email marketing (MailerLite), e-commerce and payments (Etsy, Gumroad, Stripe, and Amazon), order fulfilment for physical goods (Printify), delivery of large download files (Google Drive), and content and advertising platforms we use to promote our products (such as Pinterest). When we connect to the Pinterest API, we do so only to publish and manage our own content (pins and boards) on our own Pinterest account; we do not access other users’ private data. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

Cookies
Our Vercel Web Analytics integration does not use cookies or browser storage. Other services, such as newsletter forms and external checkout providers, may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from following our product links.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications or the “sale” of personal information (we do not sell your personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children’s Privacy
Our shopping pages are intended for adults, including parents and caregivers choosing children’s books. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Personalized Books
When you order a personalized storybook on Etsy, you give us personalization details such as a child’s first name, an age, a sibling role, grandparents’ names and a dedication. These details are provided by the adult purchaser. We use them only to create and deliver your book and to fix it if you ask. We do not use them for marketing, we do not sell or share them, and we do not use them to train any AI system. Order files that contain personalization details are deleted from our systems within 60 days after delivery. Etsy also keeps order records under its own privacy policy. To have your details deleted sooner, message us through Etsy or email jacob@thewedgemethodai.com.
SMS / Text Messaging
WEDGE Method LLC does not send SMS or text messages to customers and does not collect mobile numbers for messaging. If we ever start a text program, we will update this policy first and ask for your express consent before sending any message.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Business Emails
We sometimes email local businesses one-to-one about custom printable packs. We use only business contact details that the business publishes on its own website. Every such email identifies WEDGE Method LLC and our postal address, and you can opt out by replying “stop”; we will not email you again.
