Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered to you. We are not able to “take back” a digital file after it has been downloaded.

When We’ll Make It Right

Your satisfaction matters. If a file is defective, corrupted, or materially not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@thewedgemethodai.com with your order details, and we will promptly repair the file or issue a refund.

Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased through a marketplace (such as Etsy or Gumroad), that platform’s refund and dispute policies also apply, and you may contact us or the platform for assistance.
