WEDGE Method LLC (“WEDGE Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates thewedgemethodai.com and sells printable and digital products through platforms including Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify, and Amazon KDP. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide: your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or download a free product; and any messages you send us.
• Purchase information: when you buy a product, our payment and storefront partners (Etsy, Gumroad, Stripe, Shopify, Amazon) collect and process your order and billing details. We receive order confirmations and your email, but we do not store your full payment-card information.
• Usage data: we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website statistics, including pages viewed, referring sites, browser and device type, and approximate location. On selected pages, we also count clicks to our Intricate Patterns Etsy listing; these records contain the listing number and source page path. On our Pip book page, we count clicks to its Amazon editions; those records contain only the book identifier (ASIN) and format, Kindle or paperback. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses reported by this integration and do not add names, email addresses, form contents, or customer identifiers to these events.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you product updates, free resources, and marketing emails you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email).
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To operate, analyze, and improve our website and product offerings.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including: email marketing (MailerLite), e-commerce and payments (Etsy, Gumroad, Stripe, Shopify, Amazon), and content and advertising platforms we use to promote our products (such as Pinterest). When we connect to the Pinterest API, we do so only to publish and manage our own content (pins and boards) on our own Pinterest account; we do not access other users’ private data. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

Cookies

Our Vercel Web Analytics integration does not use cookies or browser storage. Other services, such as newsletter forms and external checkout providers, may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from following our product links.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications or the “sale” of personal information (we do not sell your personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Children’s Privacy

Our shopping pages are intended for adults, including parents and caregivers choosing children’s books. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from WEDGE Method LLC, we may send you account, order, and customer-care SMS messages about your own account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data is not sold, rented, or shared, and SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase. SMS-related data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
